Some say that making a movie in black and white is an artistic choice, but we all know that they were just too cheap to buy color film. In this case, the animator wasn’t getting paid enough to color everything in, so he left the video black and white. Then again, he isn’t getting paid at all, so it’s a wonder that he even finished the animation.
