British Pathé always conjurers up memories of a forgotten age. It also conjurers up memories of forgotten jokes that were told to me by a slightly drunk uncle.
Two blondes were walking in the woods when they came upon a very distinct set of tracks.
The first blonde bent down and examined the tracks, exclaiming, “Take a look at these deer tracks!”
The second blonde then hunched over the tracks, and said, “Deer tracks? These look more like moose tracks.”
The first blonde took at close look at the tracks and retorted, “These can’t be moose tracks! Look at the way they’re shaped. These are obviously deer tracks.”
Before the second blonde could reply, they were both struck by a train.
