  1. When my kids were little we always had a trapeze bar and climbing rope in the house. Out back we had a big rope swing in an oak tree and a Zip line that went about 150′ across the yard. Our next house had a 300′ Zip line that went over the swimming hole so they could drop in. Great conditioning.

  2. My favorite time wasting show. I love Ninja Warrior. Especially the announcer and Sarmon Radder… :>)

    That would be Salmon Ladder which is the thing with the pole and the steps up before the “unstabre Blidge”.

    The weird thing is that these competitors are real athletes and very light on their feet.
