I thought it was Whidbey Island, then I deciphered the acronym NASWI. Looks like he caught some of the rarely seen rain there.
I did maneuvers in the army nonce, where these Whidbey Island guys were flying missions both for and against us. One guy came by my ridge top, and I could see his face! Miss those days.
Stop me when I start to sound like Higgins.
All income tax filings should automatically be entered into a lottery for rides in military vehicles. After all- who pays foe ’em? Take a spin in a tank, or a sub. Raffle off rides in Jets, helicopters, or even some of those attack boats the SEALS use.
It’d make you feel like you were getting your moneys worth.

The second plane was part of an Aggressor squadron, I would guess due to the markings.
