I wonder what the planning meeting for this was like. Did someone waltz in NASA headquarters with a well thought out plan for exploring the surface of Venus with an interstellar zeppelin, or did they canvas the local special-needs daycare for ideas, because I’m pretty sure no sane adult would come up with this.

Vroom Vroom, Vrrrrrrr, Screech, Smash — Putter.

I’m sort of a car junkie. I like big cars, little cars, medium-sized cars, cars that go forwards, and cars that can go backwards. I’m especially fond of cars that can make both left and right turns. It can be very difficult to drive around town when you can only go forwards. I like to use pedestrians and low walls to change my car’s direction if I don’t have the luxury of a steering wheel.

The piano is a very interesting instrument. Not because it’s a horizontal harp covered in felt hammers, laying in a giant, 400-lb sarcophagus — that’s merely incidental. TheĀ  piano is interesting because it’s makes more noise, and generate more music, than any other instrument without being a major nuisance.
