This Lego movie is better than Ocean’s Twelve. It’s better than Ocean’s Thirteen. It’s better than Flawless. It’s way better than The Thomas Crown Affair.It’s better than the remakes of The Taking of Pelham One Two Three and The Italian Job. It’s only moderately better than Heat, but it is better, if only because little Lego men seem less stiff than DeNiro. This Lego movie is better than every heist movie made in the last 25 years.

But it’s important to put this accomplishment in perspective. I’m certain that this Lego movie took longer to make than any of those movies I mentioned, and judging by the amount of Lego sets I saw on screen, it cost a lot more to make than all of them combined.
