These English small fishing boats fascinate me to no end. A lot of them are in the 18 to 22′ category with small cuddy cabins used mainly for gear storage and the occasional get out of the weather sit down.
The Brits have a great tradition of volunteer maritime rescue service the original being the “Surf Rescue Teams” organized in Cornwall during the late 18th century. Over the years, their roles have diminished as the HM CG and other professional maritime rescue services have come to dominate, but they still have their place and do good work.
Seen this in Stagecoach. Except, this is even better!
ya know if that wuz in murka they’d be havin boat wit 3x250hp hinjuns
